The location of the Nest - 9 the Landings is fantastic, offering a picturesque view and easy access to attractions. Guests were lucky to find parking immediately outside the building, which is a great advantage.

The TV in both rooms did not work, and there were discomfort issues with the sofa and chairs in the lounge.

Our stay at The Nest - 9 The Landings was overall very enjoyable. We loved the lovely sea view and the easy access to the beach. The location was excellent, as we didn't have to use our car once we arrived. The villa felt safe and secure, and the cleanliness was great. The bed linen and towels provided were clean, and we also appreciated the extra amenities like tea towels and dishwasher tablets. The free WiFi was a nice bonus. We also found a good selection of places to eat nearby. The light coming in through the windows added to the pleasant atmosphere, and we were able to park outside.

. The sofa in the lounge was uncomfortable and low, causing a sore neck from looking up at the TV on the wall.

The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect! I couldn't believe how close it was to the beach, just a quick walk across the road. And the views from the top floor were simply breathtaking - both from the lounge and the bedroom. Another great advantage was the modern facilities in the apartment. Everything felt new and fresh, and the apartment itself was very spacious and bright. It was also a bonus to have keycode entry for extra security.

There were a few things that I didn't particularly like about my stay here. the listing was a bit misleading as the washing machine is actually located in a laundry room outside of the building.
